Most of our trips are private, just for your party. Guaranteed departures are small-group and capped to keep things intimate.

Send us an enquiry. We will reply within 24 hours with ideas and a quote. Once you are happy, a deposit confirms your trip.

For peak season (June to October) we recommend booking six to nine months ahead, as the best camps fill quickly. We can often arrange shorter-notice trips too.

A deposit secures your booking, with the balance due before travel. Exact terms are confirmed with your quote.

We quote in Namibian Dollars (NAD) by default and can arrange payment by bank transfer. Other arrangements can be discussed.

The dry season (May to October) is ideal for wildlife, with cooler days and game gathering at waterholes. The green season brings dramatic skies, newborn animals and lower prices.

Requirements depend on your nationality. We flag what you need well ahead of departure, but always check with your nearest embassy.

Yes, comprehensive travel insurance including medical evacuation is a condition of travelling with us.
